I keep a separate notebook for each of the "compartments" of my job. I scribble on the covers of the little black moleskines, cover my Doanes, and display my Field Notes with pride!

"There were stories, but nobody told them. They were whispered in the winds, carried through the cracks in the walls and on the leaves, but for some reason, lips wouldn't dare to utter them. Perhaps there was no need, or perhaps people had forgotten. Perhaps.

But standing at the door, with the forgotten notes in plain sight, it was probably that people did not want to remember. So she looked at them for the longest time, longer than anyone had spent in front of the old broken door, and then left them there, hoping that someone, somewhere, would read them."

Our note pads are printed in full colour on one side on 100gsm multicopy paper with grey board base. Each pad contains 50 sheets. Personalised printed notepads are often given as Christmas gifts to customers and the notepad will stay on their desks for the following year. Every time a note is made on the notepad your company is brought to the attention of the user.

My all-seasons routine walk to fetch the mornings newspapers might seem monotonous to some but deep-down I do enjoy it mostly. The one thing that it does provide is an early boost to my steps count plus working up an appetite for breakfast.

This past week I've been into several system development meetings and technical session, I always make sure I bring my handy dandy notebook!, but I haven't put a single drop of an ink on it. Is it me not listening or I'm just too lazy to write important details, might as well trust my not so reliable memory hahaha!

Fabulous show dudes. Really great to hear you speak again. It's been a while!

Flying out of Brisbane to Melbourne.

I get by without you but I miss you.

Several months ago, KCRW's Good Food did a segment on absinthe which made me start thinking about a spring garden party to sample it. She mentioned a particular brand, which I scrawled in a Grass Stain Green Field Notes Book, and today it paid off. Browsing the miniatures at the liquor store for treasures to sample, I immediately recognized this bottle as the brand I'd noted.

Here's what is probably the seediest bar in town. I've tried to get a picture of this place for years, but there's always people milling around this practically dead-end street.

Sing us a song tonight

Well, we're all in the mood for a melody

And you've got us feelin' alright"

Every day. Every class. Every member that gives feedback (even from just staying in class, or pushing their limits; some come up too - which is magical. Doesn't matter if that happens every class. It still means a lot), but even more awesome the community of fitness lovers we build - this. This is why I love teaching.

Thank you to those who have allowed me to be a part of their fitness journey. It means as much to me as it seems to affect you. It inspires me to be better, give more of myself, to push ourselves to limitless possibilities.

Keep it real. Stay with the fight.
