價格居然還敢往上升，我呸！
於是我買了Pistachio這個牌子的筆記本
Made in Canada喔
終於可以把手邊那本2006年國泰人壽送的破爛小筆記換掉了
These Scout Books are HOT!
Mt. Hood Community College’s Integrated Media Program recently had it’s yearly Portfolio Show featuring the work of 18 graphic design students and 12 digital photography students of the class of 2010. They handed these Scout Books out to more than 500 attendees of the show and encouraged them all to vote on their favorite portfolio. The book was also used to take notes on each participant and served as a great take-away.
I went to Borders (nearly couldn't get to Borders because I had no idea what the building name was!!) and was hoping to get a fabric wrapped notebook from 'paperchase'. The one I have now is used to record scribbles of the amigurumi designs as I crochet.
I couldn't find any of those, so I have to settle with whatever they have in store. Then, I spotted this notebook with the graphic printed eye on the cover, I know immediately this is MY address book.
Will be making the indexes myself, since address book is really scarce now, hence the lack of selection.

The cover fits perfectly and doesn't ad bulk to the notebook.
This notebook is made from felt and was hand embroidered from a pattern drawn by myself.

This was made from a poster and a standard spiral notebook. The spiral binding was removed and the paper trimmed to accomodate the new binding and image. The cover is laminated to preserve the image.

I needed a notebook powerful enough to do serious work on, and I was thinking about getting a MacBook Air, but I didn't like the keyboard much, and it won't run Oracle. So I got a Toshiba Portégé R500, which only weighs three-quarters as much, but has a DVD drive and replaceable battery.
Just a couple more pictures I never got around to posting. I haven't really had time to take photos yet this week, but I hope to get some today - it's snowing! I've been trying to 'collect' the mini spiral notebooks from Sanrio so I bought all 4 colors of this... ^^;
Chelsea provided us with notebooks and pens, and a set of flower cutting sheers to use during class. (they worked a lot better than my kitchen scissors. surprise.)
It's the perfect notebook to pen your writings and illustrations inspired by all those parties you've been too, or crashed, or wished you were invited too or had the tenacity to crash, or, well, don't worry, plenty of unpopular people did great things and lived happy lives, and at least you have a notebook to keep you company.
