What foods make you healthy? For years and years, porridge oats were promoted as a healthy food. But I think I'm right in saying that they contain significant quantities of carbohydrates, so not ideal for a low-carb diet. And adding sugar makes things worse. As for salt, you'd better steer clear of that stuff. That leaves dairy milk, which has been demonised at times. I enjoy my porridge with salt, sugar, milk and cream, so obviously I'm asking for trouble.

The light-coloured car and another were parked in an area reserved for picking up/dropping off (and the one on the right is obstructing entry). It's possible that someone with mobility problems suffered as a result. I would have issued a penalty notice. If they had an excuse they could try it on the magistrates.
