Oh, they told you life is hard
misery from the start,
it's dull, it's slow, it's painful

Today.. I was about to take a shower and then I decided that I should quick do some self portraits.. so with my curls brushed out, and no makeup on.. i set up my camera quickly and took some nakey face pics of myself for this week..
Ok.. Nakey eyes..
Day 17 of the 365 Days challenge.
This is what square one looks like.
To do before friday:
-Pack every important belonging I have time to pack in the next 36 hours.
-Make sure to call 911 if my soon-to-be-ex-husband comes home again.
-Get a copy of today's police report before my sister picks me up, so I have it for the divorce proceedings.
-Try to keep my nephews from comitting any felonies in the name of chivalry.
-Move to Columbus, Ohio.
-Stop crying.
-Move on.

I've always been paranoid about my appearance. I yearn for the perfect face.
No make up; tired eyes; freckles in odd places; general shit skin.
Generic peeves, or what?
I miss Sam already. My eyes only started to ache when I got home.
I know my hair is gross and my braces are disgusting and I sit in the same chair everyday and my cheeks are disgustingly huge...
but my best friend Alex (: is on the phone. I haven't talked to him in awhile, but we're talking every day now.
We met at Idol Camp in summer 07. He and I were in "the group" together along with 2 of my other best friends. He and Dylan (female) are coming out here for a week to live with me during the summer. (: Dylan and I are going to Idol Camp again and he's going to a different camp.
I absolutely adore this boy, more than almost anyone. He continuously makes me smile and laugh and freak out over American Idol. I think everyone should be jealous of the best friends I have.
He lives in New Orleans, hence the title.
I miss him. (:
