Anywhoo, I'm having a splendiferous weekend. Went to a gallery opening, bought some canvas, repurchased some long lost Bonnie Raitt and Gillian Welch and I'm gonna go to see one of my favorite lil' tykes turn 2 today. I hope you are havin a good one, too. When was the last time you took yourself on a date, hmn? I stayed home with myself last night, it was lovely.

Well, this is me without makeup. I had just got done swimming, so no need to really apply the face if it's just going to wash off anyway. This is also SOOC. I figured I would do the true sans makeup (and slightly sunburned) photo for you today. And for me too I suppose.
Today was just rad. There was swimming and burgers. I also got to meet more of my love's family. We had a great time. I had to sneak away to snap these photos before we ate. Hope everyone else is having as great of a weekend.

I've had this idea for quite a while--embracing the natural beauty of people. I think oftentimes we focus too much on the negatives and don't see how beautifully God designed us.
i basically just took this at school to email to my daddy...i had just gotten them off....but i don't have any make up on...ewwwww
