Thanks to a complete stranger.
All I was craving was peace and quite of a hotel with no kids wanting/needing this or that, no homework, no blaring tvs, no worries...
... but in my heart of hearts I was craving conversation and not noise. See story here
BTW: Went to a chick flick tonight (the Casino I am training at has a movie theater in it as well as a bowling alley, equestrian center, and a spa ~ hmmm... maybe I should have gone for a massage... always tomorrow)... Anyway, I saw P.S. I Love You (you are off the hook J!)
For awhile I thought I was going to be the only one seeing that movie, but I was joined by four other women... we all bawled our eyes out, laughed and sighed. A good movie... I will have to get it when it comes out on DVD. (so J maybe you aren't off the hook after all :) )
Do me a favor and make someone smile tomorrow/today ~ brighten their day ~ pay it forward!!!

SOOC (straight out of the camera) shot for yesterday... another van install... of course it had to be 90° !
The hat helped and I put a ton of sunscreen on.
As I near my 50th birthday in May, I can certainly see why "older" women wear foundation. 49.8 years are starting to show. I've never been a big makeup person and don't even usually wear lipstick but, I think I might try a thing or two and see if I can even out the playing field a bit.
I AM Embracing 50, but that doesn't mean I can't employ a bit of camouflage now and then, right? LOL

excuse my laziness, this is me with no makeup.
The book is the Lovely Bones. I felt it appropriate because I've only finished half of it. I just haven't had the time to read :[[
What i've read so far though is amazing. Such a sad book but truly touching. And an interesting perspective of afterlife, heaven, and the side of the murder victim.
My work is having a tye dye are work shirt night tonight so I need to go prepare for that!! I'll have another picture up tonight and I'll be completely caught up :D
