In the small town of Hatch, New Mexico, known as the “Chile Capital of the World”, stands a Burger joint with a unique gathering of colorful “larger than life figures”. This creation has been in the making and growing for more than 20 years. Oh, by the way, the green chile cheeseburgers are reported to be the “Best Burger Ever”
This roadside art is part of the fabric of Americana,---On the building’s roof are members of the A&W Burger family, Mama Burger and Papa Burger, both holding a large frosted mug of A&W Root Beer, as well as, other figures and signs----A small part of New Mexico “Land of Enchantment”
