Cafe Nirvana.... a wicked cafe with best coffee i had in Saigon. I ordered viet coffee and a cuppa bliss is what i got. It was full bodied and rich with a strong chocolate aftertaste.
I wanted more but this was already my fifth cup of coffee before lunch.
This is my first try at a 90 second story, I had to edit it down a lot to get it to fit the time frame. It's also my first time using iMovie, so if it looks like ass, that's why.
And the last two seconds that got cut off... "And I was totally baked."

Day 206-Today wouldve been Kurdt Kobain's 50th birthday. Its hard to imagine that he has been gone so long. I was a teenager when he killed himself and it really shook my being. I cant even listen to Nirvana anymore because of it, like I used to all the time.
This shirt came from my old closet and this is the one Nirvana shirt that I have that I wore for the last half of high school and retired after he died. While others had the smile face thing or the sea horses one, I had this one, taken from the Sliver single. I got in trouble for wearing it occasionally because the bulge on the man is quite pronounced, though after years of wear, its all but faded and crackly now.
I loved Nirvana and was devastated by his death because he was such an amazing man, creative artist that had such a beautiful outlook and took no shit off anyone.
Happy Birthday, Kurdt, Miss you.

(Nevermind – 1991) – Quando ouvi essa música pela primeira vez foi como uma tijolada na testa. Era algo muito diferente do que era feito na época. A curta carreira do Nirvana chacoalhou toda a indústria musical dos anos 90, abrindo espaço para uma geração de músicos.
