Taken for a staff photograph, this is for Nimbus, i figured as he is pretty good at archery that i would get his photograph on the range. For this shot i waited till it was dark enough, and then we took some photographs. I had a pretty good idea in my head of how i wanted the shoot to turn out, so getting to this stage was not hard. I placed the slave flash behind my subject and then lined myself up and shot this.
The 'subject' is of course the light rather than the rather leggy pelargonium (stock for taking cuttings).

I've been working a lot so I haven't been able to take photos of my dolls for a while TwT. But I managed to get some time for it just a few days ago.
In november Sanna (Wigletz on Etsy) made a customized wig for my Nimbus. I wanted a wavy ginger one and I sat with her while she made the wig. It was very interesting to watch *w*. And it turned out perfect!
Nimbus will keep her old wig too though so she will switch between these two from time to time :3.
The dress she's wearing was a part of her "Angel outfit" for an early christmas BJD-meetup I attended. She was wearing her old wig, angel wings, a bottle of stardust and a silver crown. I made this set because I was participating in an outfit-competition. And my little girl won! QwQ

I don't really know if those clouds are nimbus (nimbae?) but I like the word "nimbus". Correct me if I'm wrong.
Nimbus was a Danish Manufacturer who ceased trading in 1960.
This is a 1925 750cc example. 4 cylinder, in line, air cooled, 4 stroke engine. The thick round top member of the frame incorporated the fuel tank and led to its nickname.

Here's my almost-solid ebony fellow, Solo's brother from a later litter. He's about 7 months old now. Nimbus has a tiny white bowtie and an inexplicable taste for stuffed animals. It reminds me of having a Golden Retriever pup: he chews the teddy bears and drags them around and rips up the quilt design wall and shreds bags of fiberfill. I guess he's a textile freak.
