I finally painted her faceup.
But I'm not satisfied with it so I will repaint her soon when I get more time.
First of all I don't like her lips, I used too much gloss on them.
The eyes are too dark and I should have painted the eyeshadow slightly
closer to her nose. Cause now she looks vainglorious =w=..
The notch on her forehead was caused by Fairyland. I'm disappointed since
this is the 2nd faceplate they sent me, and this one had an even worser damage
than the first one. But I tried to paint a scar of it, hopefully it will look better next time.
It's not visible when she's wearing her wig ^__^.
[Fairyland PukiFee Icis] - Nimbus belongs to me <3
This is my new bunny, Nimbus. We brought him home yesterday in one of the worst storms I've seen - so we thought the name was fitting. He is SOOOOOOOOO soft and so sweet. Normally their faces are a little more covered in fuzz but the woman we got him from said his pen-mate would nibble the hair around his face. Anyhow.. I've never owned an English Angora before, but I really am in love with this little guy. People have no idea what he is when I have him in my lap in the pick up line at elementary school!

This wool is super soft, cozy (100% merino, of course!) and doesn't get ugly (my daughter's mitts are living proof...). And the colors are absolutely yummi!

This is Nimbus Dam at the Sacramento State Aquatic Center.
Pattern: Nimbus, from Berroco.com
Yarn: Kerry Woollen Mills Aran Wool, 100% wool
I had doubts about this pattern: boxy shape and thick yarn are things that curvy girls are supposed to stay away from. The only minor change was making the garter portions (the edge borders) narrower than the pattern stated, because I thought it would be proportionately better for me. Visited the Nimbus Fish Hatchery to see the salmon returning to spawn. We found it to be a very popular place. Best of all, it's free!
