Ran out to Lake Waterford Park with my friend Nimbus and snapped some fun character photos while the sun was setting. Pretty great time, actually. :)

On my way home from work, I stopped by to take some pictures below Nimbus Dam. To the left, there are some cool green hills with oak trees on them. Perhaps those will make it into my 365 on another day.
The clouds were really neat, so I thought I'd try this in HDR. I wish it wasn't windy and the water would have reflected the dam, oh well ;)

A frightful thunderstorm came in from the sea when we were staying in Dax in south-west France last summer. I didn't have a tripod, but this one came out all right.

In the game Second Life, I play the avatar Juushika Redgrave.
I built this entire outfit around the baggy top by Canimal, which has a wonderfully daring cut in some slightly unexpected camo textures. Seams on the top--between shirt and jacket as well as on the sides--are just awful, which is disappointing, especially as Caminal clothes tend to be higher quality than that. Nonetheless... I wanted a sparkly skirt to go with it, so I dug up this one from the new cozily outfit by Veschi. The tintable stocking come from the same outfit, and I colored them to match the top. Sticking with the theme of alternating black and blue, I chose black boots from Paper Couture, a black necklace from Yummy, and finally a long layered necklace from Synthetic Dreams to show off the long open neckline. I also took advantage of the neckline with the back tattoowhich was made for me by my boyfriend and you can't have. ^^
This is an unusual look for me--dressy, clubby, and shows a significant amount of skin--but I enjoy wearing it, and will probably hunt down another shirt or two with this same open, hanging neckline.

Whilst 'Berresfordsmotors' and I chose to replicate something from this steeped in folklore fleet with our Ex St. Helen's Corp. AEC Swift, this is the genuine article. NSG 869 is a prototype Albion Nimbus which was operated in several stints by the Cheddleton based firm. Miraculously it survived various culls of withdrawn vehicles, even that at the end after the closure and merger with PMT. The little bus was acquired firstly by Berresford's mechanical forman who stored it at nearby Consall, then passing to a former POPS member, but latterly and most importantly to Trevor and Carol Walters who restored it to it's present glory. It's seen here giving pleasure to it's passengers at todays Potteries Connection running day based on Longton Stoke on Trent.
The Nimbus was a Danish motorcycle produced from 1919 to 1960 by Fisker and Nielsen of Copenhagen, Denmark, also manufacturers of "Nilfisk" brand vacuum cleaners (now Nilfisk-Advance). Two basic models were produced, both with a 750 cc four-cylinder engine.
