Last in this series on Ice. Another one for fun. I could not resist posting this one. At first glance it was like looking at a Gary Larson comic character. A typical nerd. Googly eyes maybe from really thick glasses and a goofy buck-toothed grin. Nerdy, but innocent and very friendly.

Messy/damp hair because it stormed just as I was headed home and there was hail!! :0 The temperature plummeted from 15°C to 9°C in the span of 10 minutes...
See, I wasn't going to buy the Axent Wear headphones, especially since I have a really nice pair of B&O noise-cancelling ones that only ever get used on flights. >___> But I checked Gumtree on a whim and someone was selling a blue and a red, both at half price... so I bought both. /facepalms

You could say I have a Nerd Crush on libraries. I've always been a reader and I remember one of the first things I did when I moved to New York was signing up for a library card at my local branch. I now have 3 library cards one from each of the 3 city library systems : New York Public Library, Brooklyn Public Library and the Queens Library.

We’ve just returned from a weekend staying at The Lizard and what a fantastic weekend for photography with the weather throwing everything at us! It started on Friday evening, and as the wind pounded Cornwall I knew the one place I wanted to stop on the way down; Porthleven. I’ve seen so many fantastic shots of the church being battered by storms and I’ve never visited there myself so we took the diversion from Helston, and leaving my wife and children in the car I ventured out… although the waves were not quite as big as I’d hoped it was still an amazing sight with the swells that were generated in the harbour and I did manage to catch one big wave in the distance!
A last minute entry for this year's Nerdvember.
I had thought of a couple possibilities for this contest given the vast amount of plausible characters to Nerd-i-fy, but this one seemed the most viable given the time I had left (such a procrastinator!). Plus... bling bling!
