Geeks have their own little families, and within the Nerdtivity, this is no different.
This is also my totally nerdly way of supporting gay marriage. And gay adoption. And robot marriage and robot babies.
Just saying.
Wednesday and Thursday was my ELA state test. I thought it was kinda easy. I feel like such a nerd! XD
Another couple of shots of the spectacular trees around the streets of Windsor.
Headed out with my family for some take away dinner and a stroll through the trees. Unfortunately much of the walkway along the river is under construction and blocked off.
There are still some spectacular trees and lovely historic buildings. Quite an interesting place in many respects.
The mixture of purple and red from the Jacaranda and Bouganvillia are spectacular here.
I really liked the pink and purple of the fallen flowers on the pavement.
Not the greatest composition, but I absolutely adore this CD. I think it's one of Weezer's best, plus Rivers Cuomo gets bonus points for rockin' a great mustache - LOL!
This is by far the best CD I have heard in quite a while. I've always been a Weezer fan, and have felt so-so about some of their recent albums. Not so with this one -- I can't find fault with any of their songs. I'm working on a Flickr idea for one of the songs on this album, hopefully I can get my composition right so I can share it soon!
Till then, check this out: Pork and Beans (track 3) on You Tube -- too funny! Nerd rock at it's finest, and the lyrics that imply that the record label can take it and shove it are so sly and almost skate by unrecognized...

Il popolare sito di notizie relative all'informatica Slashdot si definisce "News for nerds. Stuff that matters."

For the first day of Wellington High School's Homecoming week, students dressed up like nerds for 'Nerd Day' today, Monday, at school. During lunch, the students dance in the courtyard, joking around with one another.

I may have the best brother-in-law ever; no sooner than the day I arrive in New Jersey to visit sporting the fresh glasses he got me for Xmas, he drops these bad boys on me!
