I’ve been producing some images for another band recently. This is Negative Pegasus from Brighton. More to come from them really soon.

We were trying to get something psychedelic as well as maintaining a clinical edge. I think these look pretty cool so hopefully a job done, ay?

Scan of a negative from January, 2000

Ignore the exif data that claims this was taken with a 5d. This was taken with a mamiya 645 pro tl w/80mm f/2.8 lens on tri-x 400 b&w film. Then developed with diafine. After the negatives dried, I put them on a lighttable and photographed them with the 5d for cropping and inverting. (Sue me, the 5d is better than the scanner I have, at the moment : )

Things like this didn't change - till when? Poor children.

Looking into negative space. The process of this drawing involved me walking around places, finding unusual objects with strange shapes. Here I used typex against the sections that I covered in black indian ink. I used typex for the outlines and biro for the areas where the ink did not reach.
