I was at a stop light and happened to see this gentlemen out of the corner of my eye. I'm glad I had my camera next to me to capture this moment.
He looked tired and weary and in need of hope. It was a very hot summer afternoon. The sun seemed to beat down on everyone's flesh without remorse. He found temporary refuge in the shade before continuing his journey to who knows where.
This is an old photo. The one I uploaded yesterday was taken around the same time (I thought it had some good metaphoric value).
I like to have names for my light fixtures. I'll leave it to you guys/gals. Each light needs a name. Have at it!
Taken in a small fishing village after island/beach hopping around the Caramoan peninsula! Someone had a stack of the nipa shingles (I don't know what to call these) for sale outside of their house.
I needed some hobby supplies and headed downtown to Hobbyland, aka, "the fun store with the red door". Right as I entered, I was welcomed by the friendly man behind the counter who directed me to the supplies I needed. I found everything I was looking for then headed to the checkout. I paid for my stuff and got to talking to Jerry who owns the store. I was admiring his train layout and asked him if I could take a few shots of it and he said, "Sure, people do it all the time." He told me he works on it in his spare time and on Sundays when the store is closed. He has logged over 1650 hours to the task and might I say it is AWESOME! if you find yourself in Bloomington, Illinois and you like model railroads and dioramas, this is a must see. The details were incredible and I ended up watching the trains go 'round for a good 20 minutes. The store was pretty busy at the time but in between customer checkouts, I told Jerry about the 100 strangers project and asked if he would pose for me with the layout and become part of my project. He said sure.
Thanks Jerry for taking a few moments in your busy morning to entertain me and my camera. I'll be seeing you again soon as my supplies are already getting low ;-)

Greeting from othe building, this baby responded and said "Hi Uncle! Take my Photo" So did I, height needed more to look more of the baby, but she is only this high.

I came across this wonderful declaration of love in North Queensferry, on the wall of a disused public convenience, of all places. I hope Josie and Ian are still together.
Scooby was born in October 2007 and is the most stunningly handsome white and fawn boy. He is happy, gentle and friendly - his smiling personality shines through. He is suited to living with children of any age and with appropriate detraining, will live with cats. He is a new arrival as of 10 July and more details will follow.

These are my Sketches so far for VCDMA 340 project 1. I plan on giving the graphic the title of “Masters in Aniamted Theatre” or “Mastery of Aniamtion” something along those lines. I just need to find where to add the title. The color on the bubbles for the icon’s dialogue is what I was thinking about making for the background color.
