A very sad day for us... our (15+ years) puppy Buster cross the Rainbow Bridge today... he's running free with no pain and united with all our other pets that are there....
He was my shadow and I knew this day was inevitable, but still so hard to wrap my head around it....
He was loved by all.... especially everyone at our vet's office... Wooded Acres Animal Hospital.... we were there three times a week and they showered him with love.... even though he gave them all a hard time!!!
My heart is broken... but I smile with all the joy he has given us in these past 15+ years...
I have disabled the comments because I can't turn off the water falls in my eyes....

Taken after dinner at Osteria, a well-known Italian restaurant in downtown. I took this photo of a barricade at the corner of Hamilton and Ramona streets, where the city was holding the opening ceremony for the 2009 Senior Games. Now I know why it was "senior night" inside the restaurant.

I am spending all of these sunny days on the balcony and admire the light and shadows in our home in the evening.
... there are only a few days in the fall when the shadows are long as I am walking along this part of the street after work... this was taken a few weeks ago. it gets dark so rapidly, it's just night time photos from now on!
