I hope Roger was being suitably careful up there. For once the registration appears to belong to the car shown and DVLA says it's taxed until the end of this month.

Never a great seller the Cougar was Ford's second attempt at a replacement Coupe for the popular Ford Capri, the first being the Mazda MX6 based Ford Probe. Based on the Ford Mondeo Mk.II the car was unveiled in the UK at the 1998 British Grand Prix at Silverstone and with a TV advertising campaign featuring Dennis Hopper. The car was available with a 2.0 litre 16v Zetec engine of 128 bhp or a 2.5 litre 24v Duratec engine of 168 bhp.
