What is the mun and chit?
Pujya Niruma explains that the function of mun (mind) is to come up with thoughts. And such thoughts are born from the seed sown in the last life. Depending on the seeds sown, we get good or bad thoughts. Now if we get involved in the thoughts that arise, we are sowing new seeds. And then the cycle of thoughts will continue. The function of mun is to show thoughts (vichaar). It is like a radar displaying things.
The chit is that part of the intangible body which shows us things. It shows us the pictures of what we have seen earlier. For instance, even though you are in the office, you can exactly visualize what your house looks like. That is the function of chit.

Mun hangs above KSC with Sarnus and Jool while Minmus also lingers up above. When it is full, it looks red because it has to pass through Kerbin's shadow and the red light bending through the atmosphere falls on it. After coming out of Kerbin's umbra it occulted Sarnus for 18 minutes
Our kitchen on the ground floor, with two outside entrances (the only two we used). The view was great and allowed the kids to play outside while their mother could watch them. / A konyha a földszinten, két külső ajtóval - csak ezt a kettőt használtuk, itt jártunk be. Pictures taken in our rented farmhouse in Markham, ON, January 2005, shortly after we moved in (my wife could make it cosy even with our limited budget). We really enjoyed living here, although the house was old and not too big, and had only one bathroom on the second floor.

Waning crescent, Mun sits high up towards zenith next to Sorlon with Urlum also visible down near the horizon. Not visible is the asteroid moonlet Alaba, which is currently making its 20th recorded pass through Mun's SOI, setting itself up for another encounter in just a few days

Crossing Mnisose (“minne-show-she”) tells the story of one of America's first feminists, Sacajawea, and draws a line from a completely original view of Lewis and Clark to the present day, as descendants of the Dakota and Lakota Nations continue their fight for the Mnisose (or what Europeans named the “Missouri River”) and the lands that contain the burials of their ancestors. From celebrated playwright, activist, and attorney Mary Kathryn Nagle (Cherokee Nation), whose Manahatta captivated audiences at Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
