In the empty field and down the hill from my cousin's back yard I found this area where people have been using the dry creekbed for a way to drive up the rear of their homes, some of which still do not have walls or fences surrounding them. I was amazed at the number of different animal tracks I found left, often one on top of the other. It appeared there were as many as a dozen different ones in a square foot!
Here's my multi-purpose entry for the three "subject" competitions at the St Neots Camera Club this year. This is the "Against the Light", "Look up", "Urban Landscape" picture. :-) (Ricoh GX200)
Actually it's not multicolor, it's the contrast between the unopened flower buds and the fully opened flowers.

One of the most beautiful of the Hummingbirds I have ever seen. I love the tans and greens, gold and hints of red - simply gorgeous. It is appropriately named a Coppery-headed Emerald Hummingbird.
This picture was taken in the Monteverde cloud forest.
Here a bunch of kids confabulate towards the end of the party. Bright, the tallest, and Ada, the shortest, seemed to share a special bond.
