they call this male Cheetah in the Kwara concession due to his special abilities. He´s often found climbing trees which is unusual for a Cheetah.

Southern yellow-billed hornbills (Tockus leucomelas) are widespread across southern Africa, living mainly in the savannah bushveld, dry thorn fields, deciduous woodlands, and scrubs. These omnivorous birds are sometimes called 'flying bananas' because of their huge yellow bills. Madikwe Game Reserve, North-West Province, South Africa. Conservation Status: Least Concern

a white fronted bee eater (merops albicollis).
this kind of bee eater con be found in south africa all the year around.it's a lovely bird and in some areas quite common.
in photography the hardest part is in this case to get the details of the white front.the whites are very easy to be "fired" especially in canon.take care on exposure!

This title is one I had never heard of before until my dutch contact Marc Haegeman introduced me to it. Having walked around various local reedbeds I can thoroughly understand this name. More often than not these birds are heard but not seen.
With a dark and colourful backdrop and sunshine on the subject I was really keen to photograph this bunting. Alas before I could move around a little for a better angle my phone went with a call I had to take.
Still waiting on new lens also my credit for my old one wish I kept my old one until I got new one.
So foxy again :-()

Mr. Cardinals Choices he had to think about either a peanut or some bird seed, they like the bird seed but will snatch a peanut some times, found in North Carolina.
Good Monday morning folks and am beginning to feel really guilty because of all the good images I'd really like to post here on Flickr, and that is only my opinion. There are about 24 images I've already edited sitting on my desk top, and posting only one per day would take me the rest of next month, and shooting every day leaves me more images that you guys will never see.
Thanks for everything, everyone.
