Monkey King always has the most fun, as you'll remember from that Hong Kong childrens' TV show they used to show with bad dubbing when you were a kid. Scene shot at the theatre in Pengzhen, Sichuan.

Finally completed my Journey to the West. The white horse(a.k.a. The White Dragon ) is one of the main characters in the novel. Journey to the West is one of the Four Great Classical Novels of Chinese literature. This novel was written in 16th century and has been adapted many times in modern film, television, stage, and other media. I wanna present this in art of brick. Hope you guys love this genre.
Sun Wukong's childhood at The Legendary Flower Fruit Mountain was not as rosy as you might think. He always differed from other monkeys in his character and even in appearance, which perhaps not everyone liked.
Excerpt from Wikipedia:
Grand Lisboa (Chinese: 新葡京) is a 47-floor, 261-metre-tall (856 ft) hotel in Sé, Macau, China. It is owned by Sociedade de Turismo e Diversões de Macau and designed by Hong Kong architects Dennis Lau and Ng Chun Man. Its casino and restaurants were opened on February 11, 2007, while the hotel was opened in December 2008. The casino offers 800 gaming tables and 1,000 slot machines. The hotel contains 430 hotel rooms and suites. The Grand Lisboa is the tallest building in Macau and the most distinctive part of its skyline.
The casino is the first in Macau to offer Texas hold 'em poker ring games. It was also the first to offer craps, though several other casinos in Macau now offer the game.
Joël Robuchon joined the group in 2007 as the owner of the hotel restaurant, Robuchon au Dome, which in 2008 was awarded three stars by the Michelin Guide when it was known as "Robuchon a Galera." The restaurant was renamed when it moved locations inside the hotel. The wine list features over 14,600 wines and has won the Wine Spectator “Grand Award”. In January 2013, the Miele Guide named Robuchon Au Dome as the top restaurant in Asia. It is ranked number 6 in the world by Elite Traveler in 2016 and 2017.

I'd been standing there watching them through the camera for a while. I'm not sure if they realized I was trying to get a photo of them. That is the beauty of the waist level finder in the TLR. People are less aware of what you are doing and thus less likely to avoid having their photo taken. As you have seen from this shot, some people are not always happy about having their photo taken.
The Yashica had been on loan from monkeyking / Peter, who has subsequently given it to me as a present because I love it so much. Thanks again, Peter! Top bloke he is.

"Today the zoo! Tomorrow the world!" declared the Monkey King to his followers, "But first...I want a banana split!!!"
The Magical Lantern Festival is visually spectacular, an artistic installation of beautifully sculpted life-size and giant lanterns designed in various forms from animals and birds to buildings and abstract lantern designs of all shapes and sizes.
To mark the Year of the Monkey 2016, a Mount Huaguo lantern with an illuminated waterfall will provide the fairytale setting for an intricate recreation of popular Chinese fable, The Monkey King.
Whimsical lanterns of the Monkey King and other smaller monkeys on a roof at a temple's Chinese New Year display in Malaysia. If I'm not mistaken, those are the palms of Buddha from which the king of monkeys emerges in this particular scene.
