I bought a big bag of limes a week ago at Costco, but they start to shrivel and harden quickly, so I decided to juice them and freeze the juice in an ice cube tray so that I can quickly make my new favorite drink - MOJITOS !
The kitchen smells great :)

Mojito Cocktail:
Five basic ingredients:
rum, mint, simple syrup (cane sugar and water),
lime, and carbonated water or club soda.
Its combination of sweetness and refreshing citrus and mint flavors are intended to mask the potent kick of the rum. Also, don't skimp on the mint and lime. They are the most important ingredients in the mixture.
Anyway, don't drink and drive after having this!
