I set up a glass sheet w/ white tissue over it, 2 horses on the ends of the glass sheet for support, then a 3 side reflective white panel box around the object (this case was Mohawk, one of my 2 BTs). Under the glass pane had (2) 120v lights shooting up to prevent shadows, shot w/ 50D, 24-70L USM f/2.8, 1/60, @ 54mm, w/ Speedlite 580EXII.

Gil and Lagoona love their mohawks and they look SO good with them.
Gillington "Gil" Webber is by far my most favorite male Monster High doll. The detail in his design is spectacular!

I've always loved the Niagara Mohawk Power Company building in Armory Square. It looks like something straight out of Gotham. The art deco building in Syracuse, NY is lined in metal like a sleek finned 50's Cadillac convertible, and lights up with color at night. The focal point of the building is this winged rocketeer looking metal man. If you look at it from far away, it looks like an animal head. It's truly one of the more interesting buildings I've ever seen.

July 21, 2010 | I mentioned to Tyler that he should get a mohawk thinking he wouldn't be into it. I was wrong. He loved the idea and I was even able to get his mom to buy in.
All is well. A bit less into flickr and taking photos lately.
The second abandoned bridge on the abandoned Marcola Branch is the Mohawk River Bridge, seen through the trees in the distance and much less accessible than the McKenzie River Bridge. This is near the timetable station of Yarnell.
