The Zeplina Power Module was created to power the worlds largest zeppelin, this piece was destined for stardom as an epic event in history. However, its extreme weight and the fact it was mounted at the front of the zeppelin meant that the nose couldn't get of the ground, even with the excessive amount of power it produced. The zeppelin cruised along, bum in the air, nose to the ground like a dog sniffing out the trail of dragged sausages. The zeppelin company refused to pay for the item, so I turned it into a lamp and this (almost) piece of history is for sale!

This one of twelve Lunar Modules (LEM) built for the Apollo missions. The displayed model was not flown. The module, which measures 6.4 m high and 4.3 m across, carried a crew of two in a 6.65 m3 space.
The Lunar Module has two principal parts: a descent (landing gear, landing radar antenna, descent rocket engine, fuel and cargo compartments) and an ascent Module (crew cabin, instrument panels, communications antennas, ascent rocket engine and fuel, battery power, and breathing oxygen, etc).
The first manned mission to land on the Moon was the Apollo 11 in July of 1969. The Eagle, the Lunar Module of Apollo 11 landed on the Moon after some unexpected technical dificulties on July 20.

The Apollo Command Module (11 feet x 13 feet; 6 tons) is the only component of the Apollo/Saturn V Rocket that returned to Earth; the command module and Apollo astronauts returned to earth via splashdowns in the South Pacific Ocean. Besides providing living quarters for three astronauts throughout an Apollo mission, this module needed to serve as a combination spacecraft, reentry vehicle, and boat. Edited NASA image of an Apollo Command Module being checked-out prior to being stacked with a Saturn rocket.
Original caption: The Apollo/Saturn 501 spacecraft undergoes checkout in test stand within the Kennedy Space Center’s Manned Spacecraft Operations Building in preparation for the first flight of NASA’s Saturn V space vehicle in the second quarter of this year. The command module, top, was mated to the service module, and both were joined to the Spacecraft Lunar Module Adapter, the type that eventually will house a Lunar Module. The first Saturn V flight will be unmanned.
The Apollo Lunar Module number 2 is currently on display in the Lunar Exploration Vehicles gallery in the National Air and Space Museum in Washington, DC.

The Apollo 11 command module Columbia is displayed in the Flight gallery inside the National Air and Space Museum, Smithsonian Institution, Washington DC (USA). This command module carried astronauts Neil Armstrong, Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin, and Michael Collins on their historic voyage to the Moon and back on July 16-24, 1969 that culminated in the first human steps on the moon. The picture was taken by me in 2004 with Minolta X700.
IMG-0380-137 Pequeño homenaje a Le Corbusier.
UNESCO, with the Center for Mathematics, Science and Technology Education in Africa (CEMASTEA), financial support from the Government of Japan, and in partnership with the Institut de la Francophonie pour l'Education et la Formation (IFEF), the International Center for Girls' and Women's Education in Africa of the African Union (AU/CIEFFA), the Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) and Microsoft, is organizing a regional training of trainers for representatives from the Ministry of Education and teacher trainers on gender-responsive STEM education in order to engage, inspire and empower more girls and women to undertake STEM studies.
The training adopts a theory-to-practice approach, drawing on UNESCO’s Cracking the Code report, the US Mission to UNESCO’s TeachHer initiative, and other resources and programme experience. The modules explore the situation related to STEM education in Africa, gender-responsive STEM education, gender-responsive pedagogy, gender-responsive teaching resources, and ICT integration in STEM education. The methodologies employ a mixture of interactive pedagogy including guided group activities, role play, group-based problem-solving and field visits, to build on participants’ facilitation skills.
The training of trainers is currently taking place in Nairobi, Kenya (3-14 September 2018). The regional training will take place from 22-26 October with national teams of 6 to 8 people from 12 French-speaking African countries (Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Comores, Chad, Côte d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Madagascar, Mali, Niger, and Senegal). With the Jan 2011 Practical Photography magazine arriving today I realised I'm getting behind with the editing skills homework, so here is my offering for Module 4.
Use a tripod and manual settings to capture your subject in multiple positions. Stack images together as Layers and using Eraser tool blend them. Use an adjustment layer. Flatten layers.
This is one of my Christmas tree decorations, sitting on the steps of the dolls house.

Boeing 747-400F
The 747-400F (Freighter) is an all freight version of the 747-400. While using the updated systems and wing design of the passenger versions, it features the original short upper deck found on the classic 747s to reduce weight. The 747-400F has a maximum takeoff weight of 875,000 pounds (396,890 kg) and a maximum payload of 274,100 pounds (124,330 kg). The −400F can be easily distinguished from the passenger −400 by its shorter upper-deck hump and lack of windows along the main deck.
The model's first flight was on May 4, 1993, and entered service with Cargolux on November 17, 1993. Major customers included Atlas Air, Cargolux, China Airlines, Korean Air, Nippon Cargo Airlines, Polar Air Cargo, and Singapore Airlines.
The 747-400F has a main deck nose door and a mechanized cargo handling system. The nose door swings up so that pallets or containers up to 40 ft (12 m) can be loaded straight in on motor-driven rollers. An optional main deck side cargo door (like the 747-400M Combi) allows loading of dimensionally taller cargo modules. A lower deck ("belly") side door allows loading of unit load devices (ULD) up to 163 cm in height. Boeing delivered 126 Boeing 747-400F aircraft with no unfilled orders as of November 2009.[2] The last −400F was delivered to Nippon Cargo Airlines on August 2, 2008.
Replica of Lunar Module on display at the Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center in Hutchinson, Kansas. The replica was built in 1969 and used as a demonstration model by "NBC Nightly News" during the televised Apollo moon missions.
The Cosmosphere was founded in 1962 when Patty Carey, Hutchinson civic leader and amateur astronomer, opened the Hutchinson Planetarium on the Kansas State Fairgrounds. The Cosmosphere is nationally recognized space museum.
Shutter power module.
The external VS14s shutter need an 65V @4 ms pulse to close into 3.5ms. This powermodule make the 65V from the 7.2V battery. During camera focus adjusting, I need near 20V to close the shutter and 5V to hold the shutter open. This circuit has a fet to limit the 65V to 20V in adjust mode.
A lot of security functions are need, to drive the DC/DC convertor an AVR controller ATtiny26 is used.
