Tilt Modular is an innovative, forward thinking concept that seeks to establish a foundation for future projects on the site and be a catalyst for the larger community.
This infill site currently houses an RT station with service to downtown Sacramento, which will be incorporated into the design through the final stages. The initial phase will have two buildings for retail and offices. Across the street will be a public art component to draw more foot traffic and give the area a more populated and urban feel.
The design concept and materials used are in keeping with the architecture of the surrounding neighborhood.

So about a month or so ago?ish? I got to interview the awesome Little Friends duo. My cell phone decided to be a TOTAL D-BAG and didn't record any of my interview. So when you read this interview please keep in mind that I am paraphrasing what they said. And that I based it off of memory and the few notes that I took.
So with that in mind, just look at the layout. I wish this was a solid interview and that I was able to copy word for word what they said (because they were awesome and hilarious and insightful). But unfortunately, please ignore the text.

I'd seen this module before, but not assembled in this configuration/with this number of units. It's ok, but a bit disappointing if you were hoping for a toy - there's not enough give for it to do more than flex, and if you play with it very much, the simple joints won't stay in place. If you want a static model, it's fine..and I got mine to stand up, so that's a plus. :)
