Portrait workshop with Oliver Gietl and model Julia. This was really fun and instructive - a great recommendation! Cmp.:

We started out with only one light (a beauty dish) and one reflector and ended up with four lights and two reflectors.

The Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival is an annual spring celebration of Japanese arts and culture organized by Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia (JASGP), with tremendous support from title sponsor Subaru of America, Inc.
Featuring a variety of events throughout the city, this yearly festival brings a taste of Japan to Philadelphia and highlights the beauty of Japanese sakura—the flowering cherry trees that brighten city streets and parks with their distinctive pink and white blossoms.
Model I created from "Build the instant Catboat" by: Harold "Dynamite" Payson. I made the model to create support for my disapearing into the basement for a few months to build the boat. It hasn't worked, I obsess to much when I boat build.
One of my colleagues (who prefers to remain anonymous) is a model-making enthusiast. He is constantly looking for new and challenging projects. One of his ideas was to create scale models of cars made out of plastic customer loyalty cards from various shops. The open top Routemaster double-decker bus is made out of (about seven or eight) Kruidvat Jouw extravoordeelkaart cards. The trailer is made out of Open32 MyCard cards.
Construction materials used are a jigsaw, cutting blades, cyanoacrylate glue and contact adhesive. The wheels were purchased (a long time ago) at Wiking Modelbau and the window panes are bits and pieces of old stock. The license plate of the car is (by tradition) its year of construction. The models also have a few numbers written on the underside, which corresponds to the serial number of the blueprint the model was based on and also a serial number of the scale model itself.
This is actually a focus-stacked image enfused from ten individual photos (tutorial by Patrick David).

Our model here had everyhing we look for when it comes to modeling. I could only sum her up to be Stunning and she rocked her shoot. Never a shy or dull moment which allowed me to gather an extensive collection for her portfolio.
