I Went on a Portrait Workshop the other evening to learn a bit more about shooting portraits in a studio environment. This shot was of Leonore (model). I purposefully set the aperture to 2.8 to see what the result would be. I managed to do little post processing to highlight the more visible parts of the face.
Shot of the front of a Philco model 20A chassis I found in Alliston, Ontario. Cabinet needs work, grill cloth was torn beyond repair but the chassis appears to be very clean. I removed the cover that goes over the 4 tubes on the right for the photo but I have it and it's in great shape.

The Otago Museum in Dunedin, New Zealand has a whole floor devoted to matters maritime, including the largest single collection of ship models in NZ (and probably the southern hemisphere) and models of Union SS Co of NZ vessels.
The model of the Dutch migrant liner Johan van Oldenbarnevelt (JvO for short!) is of course my favourite, havng made 3 long voyages on that ship.
The model shows her as she appeared after her conversion for cruising and round-the-world voyages (1959-63)
Behind the JvO model is a smaller model of the Oranje of 1939.

Code 3 model of Badgerline VR3/ECW. She was new to NBC Bristol as 2-door bus on City Services/City Line, passing to Badgerline where centre exit was removed, but offside view shows central stairs remained.
