Das TESLA Model 3 wurde als Prototyp Ende März 2016 vorgestellt und wird seit Juli 2017 produziert, seit Februar 2019 ist es auch in Europa erhältlich. Mit rund 1 Million ausgelieferten Fahrzeugen bis Mitte 2021 ist es das meistverkaufte Elektroauto der Welt.
The TESLA Model 3 was presented as a prototype at the end of March 2016 and has been in production since July 2017, and has also been available in Europe since February 2019. With around 1 million vehicles delivered by mid-2021, it is the best-selling electric car in the world.
Mijn jongste zoon telt de hele dag door Tesla's. Waarom weet ik niet, maar dat is een rage in zijn klas. Hij doet dat heel eerlijk en er wordt niet gesmokkeld. Van treinen wordt hij niet echt warm dus hij wil nooit mee als papa een foto gaat maken.
Maar toen ik thuis kwam met deze foto, had hij toch wel graag mee gewild. Hij was bij 94 stuks Tesla gebleven in de afgelopen weken, maar hij had in één keer alle records gebroken als hij toch mee was gegaan.
Laten we zeggen dat dit zo'n 25 wagons waren, beladen met ieder 12 Tesla's, dan komt dat neer op zo'n 300 Tesla's. Dan had hij mooi Koning Tesla van de klas kunnen worden. Maar helaas... Toch even een lading van tussen de 14 en 15 miljoen wat hier vervoerd wordt.
De trein passeert hier station Deventer Colmschate waar ik handig gebruik maak van de invalidentransporter die daar gestationeerd is. Het geheel is onderweg naar Bad Bentheim vanuit Roosendaal.

Getting back to the swing of things was hard, but today luck was on my side as I finally washed the "new" Tesla after a few weeks of driving. Sunset was predicted to be somewhat decent, so I took a chance at Alameda, and low and behold, the gate was open to the flat land area where they shot the Matrix.
I got here with at least an hour before sunset to try to get other pictures, but I decided not to move at all because it was gonna be good.
Low and behold, it was pretty epic with the clouds.
