I added UV & Green LEDS in place of Orange and Red. The tracks lifted, quite annoying.

Today a started a new challenging project, modding a Mirwen sleeping head to open eyes. The hardest part was to create the spaces in the back where the eyes go in. Her eyeshape got very different from the OE Mirwen but she turned out really cute. Tomorrow the result!
5stardoll Michelle head, on an Ariadoll 14yrs elegance body (NS). Perfect resin match, and even head fits perfectly the large body neck (Michelle's head is really big! :O ). The only thing is that because of the head size, she doesn't look like a tall girl, but it's Ok ;)
I have modded her nose (it was too long to my taste, also I think it looks more natural now).
Cabeza de 5Stardoll Michelle, en un cuerpo 14yrs elegance de Ariadoll (NS). Las resinas casan perfectamente, e incluso la cabeza encaja perfectamente en el anchote cuello de aria (¡esta cabeza es realmente enooorme! :O ). Lo único es que debido precisamente a eso, parece una chica más bien bajita, pero realmente no se ve mal (no van a ser todo en la vida altísimas modelos de más de 1'80 ¿no? ;) )
He modificado bastante su nariz (antes era muy larga para mi gusto, y con un aspecto muy poco natural).

After doing several Races round the dining room table with the modded the Lego City Race Car Sets (60322) that I made my nephew, It was very aparrent how frail they were, and how easily it was to knock loose the driver from the cockpit. With my nephews neophyte lego skills in mind I set out to build something new for him that was both simple and robust. What I ended up with was this modern take on a much older Lego race car set. It's a bit more complicated to build than set 60322, thanks to the air intake mounted behind the driver, and the intake on the nose, but it is much more durable than the Lego City Race Car. It's even been crash tested, and holds up remarkably well in comparison. The design was inspired various open wheel race cars from the 50s and 60s, mainly Indy and F1 Cars. I plan to make a series of these cars, all with slight variations in design, and currently have two under construction.
