I'm using an Apple iSight as the IR camera for the FTIR table I'm using to develop Touché with. I hope this photo series helps others modding their iSight camera for IR vision. It's really easy to take the camera apart, and the visible light filter that needs to be replaced with an IR filter is not glued in at all - it just falls out.

Rebuilt by Memphis Motorworks. Headwork and machining by Leo Goff. Ported and polished, 284 Schrick cam, upgraded valve springs, adj. fuel pressure, blueprinted, ported and polished throttle body, MM LWT harmonic balancer, MM ported exhaust manifold,powder coated valve cover, custom 02 and temp sensors, Alpha N engine management system (laptop programmable) with custom harness to match ECU, Custom intake, Sachs clutch with MM LTW flywheel, UUC shifter with new bearings and supports, R134a conversion with custom larger condenser. New cooling system. BMP strut bar. 3.73 Blanton LSD.

VW Lupo Airbox + PCV mod 03-05-2014
Modded the CAI and PCV system of the VW Lupo. PCV is venting to air instead of polluting the inlet and the CAI is now only breathing cold air (as it should).
