I decided to use an old crash test Takara/Blythe doll as a donor neck for a pure neemo so she will fit will onto a Blythe head. It is easier to see the modding because the donor doll was painted. I am also going to add some apoxie to smooth the join and will take more pics ;) On the left is a normal Blythe body.

I had fun with the BA prototype U-clip, see the results!

TIE Fighter on tripod stand

Original decal by Vid', modded by me.

I felt that with all the clone customizing going on, why not with a femtrooper? So, I made this.

If you've seen the latest CW episode, 'Brain Invaders', you might recognize the decal. The first clone to be infected actually had a cougar skull tattooed on his forehead. I thought this was pretty neat, so I added it onto this.

The Aurebesh reads 'Pretty Kitty'.

Modding a 300€ guitar with a 300€ loaded pickguard:

EMG DG20 (David Gilmour active pickup set) into a Slick SL-57 BA (Black Ash strat copy)

- makes it sound like 2000 €

it's probably apparent that i got this doll for parts... gonna try a spite-repaint of the face though because wow how boring to make a villain the same color-scheme as old computers... cheetahs can be a lot less beige than this... chopped off her hair to make fuzzy, i promise it'll look better than it does now :D

and yeah the suit fits the smallest guy action figures (ttm22 and shorter version marty mcfry ht or bcs normal and watson body) .... almost! yay for stretch velours?

Commission where MyMeadow modded the ears of a pretty tanned Laryssa, and I made her a new faceup! This is the final result :) <3 <3 I think she's a stunner! Here's a close-up

I decided to slap some DCSHG Batgirl parts onto the Stardoll body cuz why not lmao. I had a few laying around cuz I hate the torso sculpt and I figure this way I have a jointed body that works for my dolls than two sorta useless bodies.

Stardolls don’t have functional hip joints so my plan of just popping off the legs and working from there failed. So I sliced into the DCSHG pelvis. But of course since nothing is ever easy, DCSHG has a bunch of inner junk that meant I had to cut about 5mm above the pantyline leaving a big gap between the pelvis and the Stardoll’s warped torso.

Of course the DCSHG legs were longer than my Stardoll body but it works stylistically I think. I also added hobby base joints and gave the body its original hands cuz they’re nice sculpts and yeah.

I have no idea who will use this body but it’s done.

I love my new tripod from 3leggedthing. I purchased the Brian Evolution 2 and removed my side compartment from my PolerStuff backpack and put some bungee cable on the side to secure it. The tripod is super lightweight and I'm able to balance the weight with a Nalgene bottle. Fun stuff.

I took midendian's original photo and modified it with a tilt-shift-focus filter in CS3 to try to trick the eye into thinking these are miniature houses in a scale model.

It seemed to have a good elevation and direction of light to apply this effect to.

Chicline has shorter upper body than regular fashion dolls so I had to make an extension piece with epoxy putty to place in between two torso parts, painted with acrylics then MSC coated. It doesn't really look smooth, lol, but at least it's not visible on front and that's something!

After a long night of semi easy hacking, lots of forum reading, and some image editing, I have finished most of teh modding for my iPhone. the one cool thing that i added that is not shown, is my 3d superman logo that fills up when on the charging screen.

Most of my research was done at ModMyiPhone.com - the wiki needs some better organization but they are dedicated people over there!

EDIT: Forgot to mention, the long night of re-hacking my iPhone was do to the fact I completely bricked my iPhone earlier in the day. And I've learned to respect the SSH Terminal... :)

Happy Hacking
