63 children had fun at the two animal events run by Kim of Really Wild Learning. They handled Elsa the milk snake, Gino the bearded dragon, Lily the royal python, a leopard gecko and stick insects. They watched Pepper the crested gecko jump from Kim’s head and hands and watched Nipper the scorpion glow when Kim shined a torch on him. The event was part of the 6-book 'Mischief Makers' Summer Reading Challenge event programme at Crediton Library.
A friend once told me, that practicing your photograhping skills with a cellphone camera, can still help you improve, and today I was in the right mood.
So I took Charlotte and used her as model.
I'm fairly happy with the pictures, but I wish I was better at editing them.
The title is a perfect description for Charlotte. She has always been a troublemaker, but somehow managed to charm her way out.
Charlotte is a Merry Doll Round Merry.

Two colorfully dressed Tanzanian boys sneak off to play with balloons which were given as a gift by a Chinese NGO.
I love the fairies at Bristol (The Fantastikals). I love Epona (the storm pony) more than anything. She's recaptured the same mischievous energy that "Blue fish boy" had a few years ago. If I have to choose one favorite, it'd be her (and not just because we bonded over Rice Krispies treats).
The Istana Open house turned out to be plenty of photo opportunity for taking people.......or rather kids......my favourite subject. And here we have kids from different nation having a good time at the water fountain in the Istana.....truely wonderful.
This boy was really cheeky, he wet his hand in the fountain and dripped over his little sister's head.

I don't know why, but I love mischievious-sexy female characters. If they are in addition to that sarcastic... I love them even more. (Note: only in fictions... In real life they are freaking horrible and creepy... at least the few I know)
That's the reason I love Hatsumomo from "Memoirs of a Geisha"... Although I actually hate her... I mean she's soo mean to Sayuri... But I'm so fascinated by how broken she is... Arghh I don't know.
I was sketching with my Japanese ink brush, when I saw the background picture in Miku-tan's version of "World is mine" on Youtube and got inspired. Yeah, that's the story behind it... and because I love falling hair strands, I added some to it... or a lot of them...
