when did she become a digger...??

ever since a cat incident a couple months ago where she managed to escape our backyard (it's fixed now, phew), i always check on our girl every 5-10 min or so when she's hanging out back there.

this time, i went out--didn't see here by the orange tree, nor in the main part of the yard. i rounded the garage corner...and this--! this is what i see!

we've had her for 8+ months and she's never dug until now. a closet digger, that's what she is, looking all smug over there as if she had been helping us get our garden ready for planting. uh huh...

i caught them plotting against the big easter bunnies....

It was another (much needed) rainy day, today. So the boys took it easy inside - each in their own way.

The down time was all the sweeter with the trip to the day spa canceled at the list minute due to me being tied up with kid stuff and hubby laid low with the sniffling/sneezing/hacking cold that wiped afore mentioned son out earlier this week.
