Wikipedia: "Krampus is a mythical creature recognized in Alpine countries.[1] According to legend, Krampus accompanies St. Nicholas during the Christmas season, warning and punishing bad children, in contrast to St. Nicholas, who gives gifts to good children. When the Krampus finds a particularly naughty child, it stuffs the child in its sack and carries the frightened thing away to its lair, presumably to devour for its Christmas dinner.

In the Alpine regions, Krampus is represented by a beast like creature, generally demonic in appearance. Traditionally young men dress up as the Krampus in Austria, southern Bavaria and South Tyrol during the first week of December, particularly on the evening of 5 December, and roam the streets frightening children with rusty chains and bells."

So what do you think is going through that mind right now? You can bet it is something mischievous. This is my youngest, the little princess that rules our house. Can't you just see in her eyes how she knows it? :)

Okay, so youngest son might verge on the cheeky side too...

March through the Citi Bank Atrium and around the fountain to the Sock Exchange (at the old Pacific Stock Exchange). And toss pennies to the bank at the Banker’s Black Heart in front of the BofA building.

I made a mess of this, but I liked his expression, so I did my best to save it. My son took a photo of me while I was trying to set up the light, and he changed my aperture setting. I forgot to check the settings before I took my photo. The result was a very underexposed photo. I pushed it 2.5 stops and then tried to clean up the noise. It turned out okay, all considered. I could have used some light on his hair and the side of his face, but it's a pass in my book. My son decided that was enough after this shot, and so the fun came to an end. Let's see if he'll cooperate again tomorrow.

First Class swimming pool, Queen Mary

Amazing piece of history! Built in 1936 for England. It is twice the size of the Titanic. The interior is art work and made from more than 70 different woods. Some of which are extinct.

Famous for paranormal activity and believed to be one of the most haunted places in the United States.

It's greatest legacy is that is was commisioned as a troop transport during WWII. It still holds the world record for most amount of passengers carried across the Atlantic Ocean in a single trip. At the time it was the fastest ship and could not be caught by enemy ships or submarines. It was called "The Grey Ghost".

On his way home from school, a small boy waits for his mother at the door of a shop in Andavadoaka, Madagascar.

A big cow which head is protruding from the toy shop window. And a big bell dangles from the collar. The temptation was too strong for Adrien who reaches up with a mischievous smile, his tongue sticking out of his mouth.
