Ben drove me out to Mint Brook for some pictures, then we played hockey for an hour, then we lazed in front of the television for a couple hours. I got some night shots down near Gander Lake as well.
A dark chocolate ganache infused with fresh mint from the garden and covered in a 64 percent dark chocolate, decorated with a dark chocolate mint leaf and painted with a touch of green luster dust. The mint flavor is pronounced, but not overwhelming. These chocolates are perfect as an after dinner palate cleanser.
