I planted my garden. I planted mint. Then I read that it MUST be contained, and so I dug the plant up, put it in a plastic container, and THEN put it back in the soil. Then a friend of mine said, "No! That won't work!" (he had mint invade his garden and it has never left). So I then took the container OUT of the soil, and put it on a plastic shelf by the garden (but well away from the soil).
Just in the nick of time. As I lifted the container out, I spotted: RUNNERS! The mint plant was about to hijack ship and hook itself in free soil.
Yes, I know I may have to transplant this sucker again. One step at a time.

Quick pic before heading off to see the mighty Tenacious D today, this mint subsided but it is now back to its former glory.
Mint
We ate dinner at a really nice Dosa place in Delhi. Afterwords we got these breath-fresheners which were some kind of herb and spiced stuffed leaf pinned together with a whole clove. I liked them!
A thin mint cookie baked to perfection then enrobed in high quality mint chocolate.
Ingredients: Almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, agave, coconut oil, raw cocao powder, egg, coconut milk, Himalayan salt, peppermint essential oil.
Coating : Raw cocao powder, coconut oil, cocoa butter, coconut butter,
(or may contain Camino brand Chocolate Chips *), vanilla, Peppermint Essential oil.
