I made mint brownies for the St. Patty's day potluck, which was today for some reason rather than yesterday (which was *actually* St. Patty's day).
Lavender mint sugar cookies (crushed lavender flowers and mint extract in a sugar cookie dough) frosted with lavender-colored mint icing and sprinkled with lavender flower buds. Oh.... so... yummy!
