Each day of our visit we walked by this man, selling fresh mint leaves on the same corner in the souk.
Here you can see her new eyechips better!=)~ And the white spots I painted to look less "ZOMGFALIEN!!!11", I liked it, at least I didn't screw up everything!='D
I'm waiting a Cinnamoroll and my Cinna will be Candy and Kula's little sister... since Kula has red eyes and Candy has pink ones, I'm thinking with color I'll chose for Baby (it's her name!=D I already know all the name's my future dolls will have!xD). I'm thinking to use Phoebe's chips, they are lovely and transparent, but I'm not 100% yet!^^'

Aqui dá pra ver os olhos melhor!=D Eu ia escolher uma foto de frente mesmo, mas as três de frente que eu tirei não estavam tão boas (a peruca tava tapando metade da cara da coitada!xD) e achei essa bonitinha!=3~ Dá pra ver ai as bolinhas brancas quer pintei nos chips, eu achei que ficou fofo... e tirou um pouco o aspecto de ALIEN desses eyechips suuuuper discretos!xD Mas a cada dia gosto mais deles, ela ficou bem "minha" desse jeito, mas ainda tô no processo de aceitação! hauhauhha!♥
Eu tô esperando, agora, minha Dal Cinnamoroll ( como a idiota aqui não comprou na Pulllip Style quando ainda aparecia uma por lá, tive que pedir pelo e-bay e o envio é TOSCO, daqueles que o pacote chega só quando a gente esqueceu dele!D: Se bem que acho difícil esquecer disso!^^' Pior que acabei pagando o mesmo preço _que já achava bem salgado _ que o over-preço que a Pullip Style começou a cobrar quando a pobre da boneca esgotou e de vez em nunca aparecia uma por lá. D: #FAIL Inclusive 30 dolares de envio... só que não é EMS, é tosco mesmo!x.x' Enfim, voltando...!='D), que vai ser a caçulinha da familia Candy&Kula...daí como as meninas têm olhos vermelhos e rosas fiquei pensando nos da Candy, que vai se chamar Baby, como serão... acho que vou colocar os da dal Phoebe nela, mas não sei ainda, tenho medo dela ficar com a cara de bicharuim da da dona dos olhos!xD
E, falando nela, na Judy (a dal Phoebe da minha irmã), da foto anterior, ela é mesmo uma coisinha linda, né? Estamos apaixonadas ... e já fez amizade com a Candy e a Isobel (minha Byul), mal posso esperar o final de semana pra poder brincar com elas!*_*
Mint Chocolate Chip
Ice Cream Sandwich with Araguani Chocolate.
Notes: I generally don't like mint chocolate chip stuff. The mint usually tastes artificial (probably because it usually IS artificial). This mint, however, was so pure and fresh, it actually didn't taste much like mint. Rather, it tasted like Thai basil - it had a cinnamon spiciness to it that I loved.
Also, this ice cream was more like a very airy cold mousse. It was incredibly light and fluffy - almost like whipped cream.
The Royal Australian Mint is a listed entity within the Commonwealth Government portfolio of the Treasury and is the sole supplier of Australia's circulating coinage.
The Commonwealth Government approved the construction of the Mint in 1962 and construction commenced in 1963 on a site in the Canberra suburb of Deakin.
His Royal Highness, Prince Philip, opened the Royal Australian Mint on 22 February 1965.
The first task of the Mint was to produce new coins for the introduction of decimal currency on 14 February 1966. Since then it has produced more than fourteen billion circulating coins. It now has capacity to produce two million coins per day.
we enjoyed some energizing mint tea at a rest shop while on the long drive to the North African coast
After sampling various mint teas throughout Middle-East and Africa I found the "perfect" recipe (a very typical recipe for North African Mint Tea):
Ingredients:
8-12 leaves of fresh mint
4-6 leaves of fresh sage
1-2 sprigs of chamomile
1-2 t of "gunpowder" green tea
lots of sugar
In a small tea pot, add all ingredients, add boiling water to the fill, allow to steep for 3-5 minutes.
Serve in small glasses pouring from above the glass to create the traditional "foam" (takes some practice doing this - be careful).
substitute dried sage but use much less as dried sage tends to be much stronger and can give the tea a very bitter taste.
Today's arrival. She's WAY prettier in person than I expected her to be. She's also the first Misaki without rooted eyelashes (hers are glued on) in my collection; now that I see her in person this bothers me less than I thought it would.
