Almost missed seeing this little one. Macro shows it off beautifully. Even the tiniest of moths are beautiful if you take the time to look closely. I was just in the right place at the right time which is how most of my favourite photos come about. 😊

Mint moth caterpillars feed on a range of small herbaceous plants in the mint family. Their presence can be tolerated by gardeners and the adult moths, with their reddish-purple wings delicately marked with gold, are a common sight in the herb garden. (RHS).

Mint tea is a Moroccan cultural treasure, although it's origins in the country are unclear.
Pouring it from height is a much-loved show - but also helps oxygenate the tea.
