As organisations strive to grow their international presence, while maintaining operational efficiency and brand consistency, the need for a global mindset has never been more critical. Successful international organisations must be prepared to navigate a myriad of cultural, communication and leadership challenges by investing in developing the global competence of their employees for these new, and often, complex international markets. Transforming an entire workforce and corporate culture into a truly global one is not, however, an easy journey.
