I've just returned from a rather enjoyable weekend with friends in Snowdonia. On this occasion I got to visit a quarry I've only been to once before. This time with a different mindset I was able to capture a host of images of which this is one.
It's funny, how over time, our mindset can change and influence the types of images we capture. On my first visit I was looking for big wide views with distant peaks, and not seeing any, I left without getting my camera out of it's bag. This time, having had a chance to think about the location, I was able to easily settle into a rhythm, capturing images like.
