Vonnegut had his own idea of "peace of mind," and I have mine. If you take a camera, find nature, and add some music, you can discover something that is nearly impossible to find nowadays: "peace of mind." I need this recipe because after working non-stop for 17 years, I’m beginning to feel overwhelmed by the number of days off I’m now getting. Welcome to being a millennial in America!
P.S. What fascinates me about macro photography is how it magnifies objects around us that we might not notice without a camera. It reveals how miraculous something tiny can truly be.
18 years have passed since I took this shot at Palma, and if I returned today, many of the airlines I'd have seen all those years ago would be missing.
In 2003, air 2000 were considered a pretty regular airline on the British scene, but a year after this photo was taken they renamed themselves First Choice Airways. In 2008, they were gobbled up by TUI who also used the brands Thomsonfly and Thomson Airways.
The Canadian registration worn, C-GTDH, indicates that this A320 was part of the Skyservice fleet, and each year a few aircraft would cross the Atlantic to be used in Europe when demand for service from Canada was reduced.

I went hiking with my son and his friend and because of the terrain we were in for the most part in dead zone but as soon we reached the summit we were had good cell reception and they started texting away while I just enjoyed the view. Kinda miss the day when keeping in touch meant keeping a lot of quarters in your pocket.

It's officially "Cloud Gate," but I hear people also call it the Mirror Ball. Can't imagine why.
It's a good place for people watching on a crisp but sunny spring day.

At the suggestion of @dollsahoy and @dolldirt my Romper wearing Deer guy now has a fidget spinner and avocado on toast since he’s pretty set on being homeless and unemployable as well as set on making baby boomers upset at him existing and not suffering quite as badly as he could be.
Both are made from polymer clay and I acknowledge my skills aren’t quite up to par but I like them lol.
Serendipitous spot, fortuitous timing. I was afraid someone else might have already done this shot, but to date I've never seen it. Petri Color 35, Ilford XP2 Super.

THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY 2.0
The European Union recently put out a new directive that now requires every consumer goods maker to have more circularity. In America, the millennial generation prefers products that don’t harm the environment. What does this mean in practice? How can the world’s consumer companies make better use of energy, land, water and materials when manufacturing their products? How can technology and the Internet of things help make industrial processes more circular? What constitutes best in class?

Millennial Arch, Napier, New Zealand
This is one of the first shots I took in 2013, the first dawn. The sculpture in this photo is the Millennial Arch by David Trubridge, which shows the location of the dawn on 1 Jan by aligning the disc on the arch with the rock in the foreground... Sadly the sun had other ideas and came up just to the left of the prescribed point.

I'd say I don't conform to how a normal Millennial dresses. Many Millennials prefer to wear jeans and leggings all day except for hot summer days and special occasions. I'd see myself I'm more like kids that grew up in the 70s and 80s much prefer to be in a skirt or a dress and in the workplace no trousers for me skirts all the way! xx ❤️❤️

Millennial Wine Consumers in The United States
As millennials come of age and begin exploring wine as a passion and a pastime, they are causing a tectonic shift in the wine business. The fundamentals of the business have been tacitly accepted by wine drinkers for decades — the same...
