This was super easy for me to come up with an outfit, I absolutely love the grunge trend from the 90's so I was super exited to dress the part. I wanted to add a lot of attitude to this look, and between the distressed and baggy clothing and the serious face expression, I think it worked out well.

Olivastro Millenario in Sardegna - 2 Scatti uniti in Photomatix PRO, 2 shots merged with Photomatix PRO
(Nel territorio di Luras sono presenti degli olivastri millenari.
In particolare in località Santu Baltòlu di Karana, presso la chiesetta di campagna dedicata a San Bartolomeo, è situato il più vecchio di questi olivastri, che dai luresi viene confidenzialmente e rispettosamente chiamato S'ozzastru. Esso presenta una circonferenza di 12 metri a circa m. 1,30 da terra ed è alto 8 metri. La sua età, secondo alcuni esperti, è stimata tra i 3.000 ed i 4.000 anni, risultando così l'albero più vecchio d'Italia ed uno dei più vecchi d'Europa.

www.instagram.com/the.millennial.mermaid/, in her legged form, appeared over the cliff face with a giant bluetooth speaker set, which I guess is both a very amusing first impression and also can be considered the millennial version of a mermaid's harp.
Here's her as the tide's coming in and we got some nice shots of the water washing over the meramids and, thankfully, I didn't end up having my camera hardware taken up by the waves this time.
Strobist details: Two bare Godox TT600's at partial power right next to each other to the right, in high-speed-sync mode so I could keep the aperture at f/2.8 and paired so I wasn't waiting for them to recycle all the time, triggered by the XProO in my hotshoe.
Radisson Red Liverpool Hotel
One of only three Radisson RED hotels in the UK.
The Radisson RED brand is a concept developed to appeal to a millennial audience through art, music and fashion.
The Liverpool destination is directly linked to Lime Street Station and offers 201 rooms, including five suites on the upper floors.

Building History
Opened in 1871 as the North Western Hotel which was a railway hotel serving Lime Street Station.
Designed by Alfred Waterhouse and built in the Renaissance Revival style resembling a French château.
The North Western Hotel closed in 1933.
Tthe building was then used as office accommodation until 1994 when John Moores University bought the building and converted it into a hall of residence for students.
In 2018 It was announced that the building would be restored as a hotel at a cost of £30m and be called the Radisson RED Liverpool Hotel.
The Radisson RED opened in November 2022.
A Grade II listed building.
My daughter is of the Millennial generation so she was interested in this 1990s era bedroom display at Madame Tussaud’s museum in Hollywood. As you can see, I took a picture of her sitting on this bed.

Strobist details: There's a square softbox with a Godox AD200 to the upper left, and then a TT600 with a blue gel into my custom 3D printed cookie to the upper right and then a bare TT600 with a red gel to the lower right, all triggered by an XProO in the hotshoe. Plus a smoke machine rigged to run the smoke through a cooler so it'll stay low.

The objective of this unique one-day event is to crowd-source a more detailed framework for the Summit where approximately 25,000 young people will input their ideas for the post-2015 global development agenda.

I went hiking with my son and his friend and because of the terrain we were in for the most part in dead zone but as soon we reached the summit we were had good cell reception and they started texting away while I just enjoyed the view. Kinda miss the day when keeping in touch meant keeping a lot of quarters in your pocket.

This is one of the first shots I took in 2013, the first dawn. The sculpture in this photo is the Millennial Arch by David Trubridge, which shows the location of the dawn on 1 Jan by aligning the disc on the arch with the rock in the foreground... Sadly the sun had other ideas and came up just to the left of the prescribed point.
At the suggestion of @dollsahoy and @dolldirt my Romper wearing Deer guy now has a fidget spinner and avocado on toast since he’s pretty set on being homeless and unemployable as well as set on making baby boomers upset at him existing and not suffering quite as badly as he could be.
Both are made from polymer clay and I acknowledge my skills aren’t quite up to par but I like them lol.

Cruz del Tercer Milenio
Cruz del Tercer Milenio (Spanish for "Third Millennium Cross") is an 83 metre tall, 40 metre wide, concrete cross located at the top of El Vigía hill in Coquimbo, Chile. Construction began in 1999 and it was completed in 2001. It sits 197 metres above sea level. It is considered the tallest monument in South America.
