This sundog spectacular was an astounding sight and you could see an outer ring as well, which is something I've never witnessed before! It was such a strong view in the midday skies above Chilliwack BC. It was a crisp early Spring day. No filters used, just hand held and tried to capture the outer ring as well.. so blessed to have witness such an amazing sight!

During our stay at the cabin, a female Pampas Fox (Lycalopex gymnocercus) appeared every day โ just like the male. She moved calmly around the area, showing a quiet curiosity yet always keeping a respectful distance from us.

Hope this is bright enough, midday in Venice
After a few days in Verona we moved camp to Venice. I had promised myself that as this was my second visit to Venice, I was not going to be drawn into the snap happy frenzy that I suffered from on my first visit. Camera safely stowed in my bag, we caught the vaporetto from the station to Piazza San Marco. My resolve lasted this long down the Grand Canal, my first shot in Venice.
