With this photo my mind wonders towards intestinal villi and lysosymes in a hystological cut, as well as certain similarities with astronomical pictures

The lower portion of this venule exhibits phlebosclerosis and there is complete fibrous obliteration of the lumen of the upper portion..

Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is characterized by a proliferation of smooth muscle-like HMB45, Cathepsin K, and smooth muscle actin (SMA) positive cells as well as lung cysts. LAM occurs almost exclusively in premenopausal women.

This image shows nodules of LAM cells surrounding al cyst..

Kaolin (China clay) is used in the manufacture of paper products and ceramics and in fillers in plastics and rubber. Exposure occurs mostly in those involved in the mining and processing of kaolin but also in those involved in manufacturing processes utilizing kaolin. Inhaled kaolin appears as small golden brown particles and usually results in pulmonary fibrosis. In this image kaolin is present within alveoli and fibrosis is absent.

Multiple small, evenly distributed cysts are typical of the Stocker Type 2 variant of congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation which may be associated with other congenital anomalies.

Not sure what type of worms they are, but I think they are nematodes. They dont look right for Planaria. The eggs are actually Radix Pond Snail eggs.
