small [smawl]-of limited size; of comparatively restricted dimensions; not big; little: a small box.

Crazy to say I took this photo with my smart phone while trying to take a photo through a microscope. even though eventually it worked, I loved seeing the photos that turned out very good but not in the way I wanted it to in the beginning. the needle in the microscope is so crisp and clear while the eye piece is very blurry, just waiting for the right eye to see the amazing things it has waiting underneath.

Checking out his new microscope kit.

These are some test shots with the new Hi-Chrome Camera and GMZ microscope. I think the new kit will prove immensely useful for identifying these extremely challenging wasps. The series of shots here cover some of the key characters one has to look at. Normally one needs to match five or more out of seven characters to approach confidence in one's determination.

Being able to compare images will make this challenging task a little easier (hopefully).

Checking out a dead grasshopper at Genesis Scientific, well only about half of it.

I have a microscope now at home. It is quite old and I am still learning how to use it accordingly, but have started to take some videos and photos on my phone. They aren't the best but hopefully soon I will be able to buy a HD webcam which will fit perfectly onto the ocular lens.
