Looking southwest from our condo toward the Jackie Gleason Theater at 6pm. The rain bands had just started moving onshore, but they weren't strong - the skyscrapers on Alton aren't visible. They've shut down the clock tower.

I took this in Flamingo Park in Miami Beach, across the street from my mom's house. The tree is a sable palm. People were passing by on bikes, but fortunately the woodpecker stuck around long enough for me to get a couple of good shots.
