When conducting interviews, you must collect some basic information about your participants. Gender, age, location, occupation, device, access to Internet, language spoken.... some of it can vary between project but not within the same project.
We usually use the same spreadsheet to organize this information. This tab is the "profile" tab, the next tab will be interview notes. Keeping everything on a spreadsheet also allows you to combine pivot tables at the end of your project.
I have not yet found another method to structure large number of participants. There are softwares for qualitative research but a simple spreadsheet can go a long way.

This was also shot using my 5D with the 50 1.4 @1.4 but I shot it in pieces and stiched it together. Notice the difference in focal length and Depth of field....got this interesting method from Ryan Brenizer, who will be at our New Orleans meet up next week. Awesome :)

an alternate method is describing items in relation to a clock's face, with the subject in the middle. So a light in front of the subject is said to be at "6 o'clock."
I prefer the DIY photography method (see other example), but this can also be used.
A good blend is the result of a knowledgeable combination of Arabica and Robusta varieties: the first gives flavour and smell, while the latter gives density and "body". The "Cuyahoga" at the mouth of the Black River in Lorain, OH. Built in Lorain, OH in 1943 and originally christened as the "Mesabi", she was renamed as the "J. Burton Ayers" in 1947, and as the "Cuyahoga in 1995.
The general idea of the program is to bring the major national genetic materials to natural conditions (regional variability) and induced (local control) of water and thermal stresses. Expected in the second half of 2011 the planting of clones in several sites in Brazil, it will be like a traditional clonal test, but with plots with two levels of water restriction induced by the method of exclusion of rain. The program will try to identify the clones of the degrees of adaptation to different levels of stress, and it should be split from the viewpoint of forest improvement.
I grab handfuls of plaster from the bag and put it into the water. I do not worry to much about sifting the plaster into the water to avoid air bubbles. The next step rids of that. I continue adding plaster until I have created an island of plaster that does not sink down. Now I let it sit for a few minutes. Above you can see a before and after shot of the island. In the picture on the right, it is possible to see how the plaster has changed and risen slightly. Leaving it at this stage, it will not cure quickly at all. It must be mixed. But if you need to work with a lot of plaster on a large mold, it is possible to use two bowls/buckets. Let the plaster sit like this in one bowl and then gently remove some of the plaster/water and mix it in the second bowl. This way the first bowl will still be mixable after applying some of the plaster.
Method: took photographs of a small steeple structure, and a grave which had a statue of a crying angel.
I copied the photo in black pencil on thick cross-hatched textured paper. Then I applied a gentle oil paint wash. It is meant to be imperfect looking, like a gravestone weathered by rain. Then I used oil paint again to make a color-scape in the background. The frames were carefully chosen for a style that doesn't interfere. Then they were painted to compliment the paintings, and the ideas represented in them.
Note about Angel Painting: The structures at the bottom are meant to be the potential for wax tears. Yes, this is a painting that cries if you light that purple mass at the bottom.
I created that bottom altar-like (or udder-like?) structure from melting a mix of blue and purple candles onto three taped down line of wick, to create a new free-formed candle sculpture. I then embellished the sides with two thick lace doilies, that I spray painted the same color as I spray-painted the frame.
