Inside what I assume to be the old mess hut at Reigate Fort. I did photograph this room two years ago (through the locked grill) and almost nothing has moved. The teapot is new and two folding chairs plus some mugs have gone. The chairs and wicker basket are in the exact same position.

One of my favourite ways of playing is messing around with the Masters - this is a bit of fun with Salvador Dali
I told you the thing did not look safe, but no,no, the adventure queen had to get on and tell me to pull the lever. It clanked and groaned and started around, and then with a jolt and a bang that nearly tossed you in the water...dead.
"Fix it!" you said, as if I knew anything at all about the mechanics of carnivals. "Climb down." "In this dress?" I started to reply and thought the better of it.
I found a soda machine that was still working, and tossed you a Coke. You sneered at it, "Coke, really?" As if there might be a choice in this place. "And it's warm!"
I sat don on the bottom gondola, opened a warm Coke, and settled in to wait for someone smarter than me to amble by and get us out of this mess.
And so we waited, at Dya's.
Broken Arrow, OK woke to a nasty mess, nothing to stop travel but definitely slow it down, freezing rain and sleet now just a cold day ahead.

This was shot looking into a light store the window of which provided the scrambled montage you see here. It rather reminds me of the state the world is in these days.

Das Innere der Moschee ist mit einem 5627 Quadratmeter großen, handgeknüpften Teppich aus dem Iran ausgelegt. Er gilt als der weltweit größte seiner Art und ist 47 Tonnen schwer.
Die Moschee schmücken zudem sieben Kronleuchter, die aus Deutschland importiert wurden. Sie bestehen aus vergoldetem Messing und Edelstahl und sind blumenförmig mit tausenden verschiedenfarbigen Swarovski-Kristallen besetzt. Als Lichtquelle dienen LEDs Quelle Wikipedia).
The interior of the mosque is covered with a 5627 square meter hand-knotted carpet from Iran. It is considered to be the largest of its kind in the world and weighs 47 tons.
The mosque is also adorned with seven chandeliers imported from Germany. They are made of gold-plated brass and stainless steel and are decorated with thousands of different colored Swarovski crystals in the shape of flowers. LEDs serve as the light source (source: Wikipedia).
