You want the sunrise to go back to bed
I want to make you laugh
Mess up my bed with me
Kick off the covers
I'm waiting
Every word you say I think I should write down
Don't want to forget come daylight

ODC All Mixed Up
I struggled with this challenge all day and somehow I started thinking about Messy - All Messed Up - and came up with this. It wasn't until I uploaded it that I realized that it's supposed to be All Mixed Up. So I guess I can claim that I am all Mixed up and all Messed Up. *sigh*
Latex smeargle is like a monkey who likes to do painting with its tail. Here she's made a mess by getting the green paint everywhere. Need a water latexmon to clean it all up.

My board project continues this week. Things are getting messy, I'm getting closer, maybe. Breath and Enjoy the process.
Today is The Day. I've been not dealing with this table for way too long. Even wished for help with it (as if!). So the Daily Challenge topic is 'Get Organized.' I'm taking that as all of you cheering me on and interested in seeing what gets done here today. Thank You!
Believing the weather forecast on the internet more than on the TV I decided to head for Hatfield Moors again, but much earlier.
Sadly 30 miles into my journey I realised that I had messed up again - the camera was still at home! I decided to turn back would mean arriving too late after what I had learnt last week. So I kept going and arrived around 0805.
For the first time I had taken my 'new' Iphone with me so was able to at least get record shots - the first time I had tried the camera on the phone.
I did see at least 8 adders, mainly early on. Many were more in the open than on my visit the previous week, and also not that active. The results were generally very poor. It didn't help that I had little idea as to how to use the camera. This was my best effort from over 100. I also took some videos and they were all awful.
These are the roots of a Mesquite tree. Most trees grow in a more or less orderly fashion, spreading out in all directions. Mesquites, for some reason, sometimes decide to grow in one direction, then another direction, and another, sometimes reversing course entirely. Eventually, the Mesquite becomes a Mess Keet.
The Nikkor Z 24-70mm f/4 lens arrived today so, since I had to run an errand, I stopped by the nearby park to try it out.
This winged ant is these days after the rains and the sunrise everywhere in Aracena, these specimens are photographed on my roof, thanks to Manuel Baena of the Andalusian Entomology Society I am in the genus Messor for its size and head red I think it can be Messor barbarus although I'm not sure. Thousands of future queens without wings run through streets and fields in search of a location for a new anthill.

Sorry for the crappy picture quality. Not much light around here these days.
From left to right: pepper, salt, coke, mac, pens, wips, mocs, mess, nes cartridges, novel.
Aboard Star Catcher. The Trangia spirit stove is much more stable and therefore much safer on a boat than the Optimus petrol stove I used to use. And it's quiet and needs less tending.
74/365: Ratcliffe-on-Soar, Nottinghamshire. Taken on my way back home from Gloucestershire where I'd been with my mother. I had to get back to Nottingham to break the news to my children that their Grandad had died. It just doesn't feel real. I cannot believe my Dad has gone.

So how was my day? Went to work 6.30 AM and about an hour in the housekeeping lady went and told me she seen 2 people (man and woman) inside the store putting 2 boxes of Gucci fragrances inside a bag... turns out a homeless couple either hid inside the store or snuck in overnight, I called our manager in charge, she told me to get my 2 coworkers and the housekeeper and stay down in the main (lower) level until she went in, anyways my supervisor caught them in the act but thankfully they were tame and non violent, cops and security arrived and took them away (It seems security had dealt with them before) and all bedding on the bed they slept on has to be damaged... so yeah..
Opened comforters and pillows all over the floor...
