The beautiful beaches of Homer, Alaska during sunset at 10:30pm

Sometimes, I just sit there and watch life go by ...

Was on Explore for a very short time (no. 498 lol) for July 21, 2015.

Almost everybody has left. And the huge beach is empty…Shshshsh….There is an utmost colourful tranquility and silence, …. without !!!… And blessed serenity, within…

……….But, Nature was still performing its magical Palette and Light miracles those moments…..Because it had been lightly windy that day, and the cloudy sky-dancers were up … to creating in their own Artistic colourful mode…The spectacle was mesmerizing, like always in SUCH moments in Oostende!!!!…

Mesmerizing Passion

"Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time." Thomas A. Edison

Photography is just that...a Mesmerizing Passion...a this self portrait, for me, translate exactly that :)

The Enol Lake in Asturies is a site for sore eyes. To get the chance to see it without heavy clouds and fog we had to go up there three times but it was worth it!

The Enol is part of the Lakes of Covadonga (el. 1134 m.) that are composed of two glacial lakes located on the region of Asturias, Spain. These lakes, often also called Lakes of Enol or simply Los Lagos, are Lake Enol and Lake Ercina located in the Picos de Europa range and they are the original center of the Picos de Europa National Park, created in 1918.

The road ascending from Covadonga to the lakes is a popular climb in professional road bicycle racing, having been used by Vuelta a España many times in the last 25 years.

This a truly fantastic and mesmerizing place and it certainly worth getting up that road three times in 24 hours:)

I thank today also so for you support in every like and comment, i really appreciate it!

Yep, that's what I was ... actually what I think that we both were. Frozen in time as well as this young fox kit emerges from its den andturns around to look at me. I just love young animals as they try to put together the pieces of the puzzle about their new world outside of their "home".

In time, this fox kit will grow up and be much more as they say ... "sly as a fox", but for now it's all about being inquisitive as it stretches its boundaries and gets ready for its independence. Got to love that.

Happy Tuesday everyone! Back to sunny skies here in western Colorado, coupled with colder temperatures, which should become more moderate in the next few days. Loving it ... except for my beautiful trees in the yard which almost completely dropped its not fully turned leaves due to the freeze. Well at least I won't cry over it like I almost did last year ... OK, so maybe a shed a few teardrops or two. LOL

Thanks for stopping by to view.

This was a bonus on my way home from a nature walk in southeastern Indiana this afternoon . . .

Marina Bayfront, Singapore

I captured a number of photos from this location and they all have different lights on the structures and water. Somehow this is the only photo in the lot that has red streaks in the purple light reflecting from the lotus-flower-shaped ArtScience Museum. I really like the mesmerizing colorful reflection in the water.

Anyway, Marina Bay Sands depicted in this photo is an integrated resort which is owned by the Las Vegas Sands corporation, founded by entrepreneur Sheldon Adelson. The 20-hectare (49.5 acres) resort was designed by Moshe Safdie architects.

Assuredly one of the best looking cars in history. This one is a 1 of 20 LP640 Versace.

I liked this back lighting that was coming through the little one's eye from this angle. She was mesmerized by something on the television.

During the sunrise at Kolukkumalai Tea Estate, the highest tea estate in the world, the sky took two colours. Due to the shadow of the hill half of the sky was blue, and the other part was warm orange because of rising sun rays.

The Naval cathedral of Saint Nicholas in Kronstadt (Russian: Морской Никольский собор, Morskoj Nikol'skij sobor) is a Russian Orthodox cathedral built in 1903–1913 as the main church of the Russian Navy and dedicated to all fallen seamen. The cathedral was closed in 1929, was converted to a cinema, a House of Officers (1939) and a museum of the Navy (1980).
